Delivery time and shipping charges, where applicable, may vary according to the destination, courier availability, order value, and product details. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or communicated to you is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after the order is dispatched. Tracking information may take some time to become active after handover to the courier.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delivery Attempts & Returned Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or another issue outside our control, please contact us so we can review the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch where appropriate.
